About the Role
At Papa In Shape & Maman In Shape, we don’t just post content — we inspire healthier, happier lives through fitness, family, and lifestyle. As our Social Media Manager, you’ll be the voice, creativity, and strategy behind our social channels, building vibrant communities and driving growth across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube.
You’ll craft engaging content, nurture online conversations, and analyze performance — always with the goal of making our brands more impactful, authentic, and loved by their audiences.
What You’ll Do
- Define and lead the social media strategy for Papa In Shape and Maman In Shape.
- Plan, create, and publish engaging daily content (Reels, Stories, carousels, Shorts, static posts, lives)
- Produce visually attractive graphics and short-form video edits to maximize reach and engagement.
- Animate and moderate communities, ensuring positive and respectful interactions.
- Collaborate with the Influence Manager, Creative Strategist, and Copywriter on campaigns.
- Build and maintain a monthly editorial calendar with 100% on-time execution.
- Monitor KPIs (growth, engagement, conversions) and deliver actionable reports
- Stay on top of fitness, lifestyle, and social trends to keep our brands fresh and relevant.
Success Metrics (KPIs)
- Follower growth: +10% per month
- Engagement rate: ≥ 5%
- Generate 5 bookings per brand per month through content
- Generate 3 bookings per brand per month through DMs
- Deliver 30+ visuals/videos per month
- Daily posting: 1 Reel + 1 Story per brand
- Monthly statistical report delivered on time
What Makes You a Great Fit
- 2–3+ years of experience in social media management (fitness, lifestyle, or DTC brand experience is a plus).
- Mastery of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook — and their algorithms.
- Strong sense of visual design with experience creating branded graphics.
- Skilled in video editing for Reels, Stories, Shorts, and teasers.
- Able to manage multiple projects and calendars simultaneously.
- Analytical thinker who can translate data into clear strategy improvements.
- Excellent written communication and community management skills.
- Fluent French and English .
- Proficient with social CMS tools, Google Suite, Excel, Slack, Asana, Google meets.
- Entrepreneurial mindset: resourceful, organized, and creative problem-solver.
